Continuous tableside service of 12-14 signature cuts of steak, pork, chicken, lamb, and shrimp are grilled over 100% natural mesquite charcoal open flame. Enjoy our meat selections, which are available immediately upon arrival, along with a variety of fresh seasonal salads, appetizers like crispy polenta and breaded banana, and hot dishes that reflect the bounty of Brazilian cuisine. Pão de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) is served throughout the meal. Feijoada Bar is available on weekends.

Executive Lunch Experience — 37.95 per person
Includes everything in the Gourmet Hot Dishes & Salad Bar, plus tableside service of three select fire-roasted cuts: Parmesan-Crusted Pork Loin, Artisanal Pork Sausage, and Roasted Chicken Leg. No substitutions.
Churrasco Lunch Experience — 54.95 per person
Includes everything in the Gourmet Hot Dishes & Salad Bar, plus continuous tableside service of 7–9 rotating fire-roasted meats. Featured selections may include Sirloin Steak, Garlic-Basted Sirloin, Top Sirloin, Red-Wine Marinated Top Sirloin, Pancetta, Pork Ribs, Parmesan-Crusted Pork Loin, Roasted Chicken Leg, Chicken Wings, and Chicken Hearts.

For service consistency, tables selecting the Churrasco Lunch Experience may choose either the same Churrasco Lunch Experience for the table or the Unlimited Gourmet Hot Dishes & Salad Bar.
Weekend Lunch & Dinner Menu
At dinner, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays, enjoy the Espetus Churrasco Rodízio Experience with 12–14 fire-roasted cuts, grilled pineapple, appetizers, gourmet hot dishes, and salad bar. Weekend Lunch & Dinner is 74.95 per person. Holiday and special-event pricing may vary.
Espetus Weekend Lunch & Dinner Menu
Holiday pricing may vary. $84.95 per person on Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

Children Pricing
The Rodízio Experience for children ages 5 and under is complimentary; ages 6-11 are half price.

Twelve to fourteen different cuts of meat are typically available nightly, and on weekend lunch, all prepared at Espetus’ exclusive on-site artisanal butchery. We also feature Grilled Pineapple carved tableside.

Our dessert menu includes delectable selections like Pudim, a rich and creamy Brazilian-style custard; Mousse de Maracujá, a mixture of passion fruit and heavy cream; Gelato; Mango Sorbet; Pastel Tres Leches, a moist sponge cake made from a mixture of three delicious milk confections; Peanut Butter Thing, a fusion of vanilla ice cream and peanut butter, topped with Oreo cookie bites; Crème de Papaya, a rich and refreshing cream of papaya topped with Cassis sorbet and a dash of Cassis Liqueur; and Petit Gateau, a chocoholic’s favorite!
